At Imagine Station, each book is personalized and created specifically for your child. Because every order is custom-made, our refund and return policy differs from that of non-personalized products.
Personalized Products
All Imagine Station books are customized based on the information provided during checkout, including names, character details, dedication messages, and optional photo-based personalization.
Because these products are made specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect personalization information entered by the customer
- Spelling errors provided during checkout
- Ordering the wrong product
- Dissatisfaction with personalization choices that were selected by the customer
We encourage customers to carefully review all personalization details before placing an order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to accommodate requests before production begins. Once production has started, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or includes an error caused by Imagine Station, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos showing the damage, defect, or error
If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we may offer one of the following remedies:
- A replacement book
- A partial refund
- A full refund
The appropriate resolution will be determined based on the nature of the issue.
Photo-Based Character Personalization
Our Photo-Based Character Personalization service uses customer-submitted photos as inspiration for creating an artistic character representation.
Because illustrations are artistic interpretations and not photographic reproductions, differences between the final illustration and the submitted photo do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for refunds.
Lost Shipments
If your order appears to be lost during transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
