Because each book is personalized and created specifically for your child, every order is custom-made before it ships.

Order Processing & Production

All Imagine Station books are made to order.

Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for personalization, production, and quality review before your order ships.

Production times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or times of high order volume.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Orders

  • Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days or longer depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Imagine Station is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update your information if production has not yet begun.

Personalized Orders

Because our books are personalized specifically for each customer, production begins shortly after an order is placed.

Please review all personalization details carefully before completing your purchase.

Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes to names, character details, dedication messages, or other personalized information.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
